I want to talk about your culture, because I’ve worked in women’s media for a while and unfortunately, there can be hypocrisy. I wrote a big sexual-harassment report and the Old Enough to know better but still Daft enough to do it any way shirt moreover I love this president of the company where I worked was a deeply inappropriate man. Or women are writing stories about how to ask for a raise, but not getting one when they ask their own boss. How do you create a culture that lives up to your values?
